What we text, how often, and how to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Program
TrueRankMSP Alerts are text messages from TrueRankMSP, LLC about your own account or request. There are two kinds:

| Managed service providers | Verification codes when claiming a profile. If you turn them on: new lead and urgent request alerts. | Entering your mobile number and checking the consent box when you claim a profile. Alerts are a separate switch in your account. |
| Businesses with an urgent IT request | Updates on that request, such as when a provider accepts it or if none is available. | Entering a callback number on the urgent request form and agreeing to receive texts about that request. |
We never send marketing or promotional texts, and consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies with your activity: one code per verification, one alert per lead or urgent request, a few updates per urgent request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@truerankmsp.com.
- Providers can also turn alerts off in their account at any time.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy for everything else.
